Q :		How many years experience do you have in the industry, why should I send my machine to you, when there are dozens of mechanics out there ?
A :		We have 55 years experience in the SEWING MACHINE industry. This alone should be the clincher, to why you should send the machine to us. Q :		What makes you different from the rest of the dealers?
A :		Well, for starters, EVERYTHING. The knowledge that we gained in the Spare Parts Industry, has led us to believe that we can, and we will give the customers, the best available products. We have spare parts that were used for machines dated back to the year 1938. And secondly, wouldn't you rather get sewing machine, from someone who you know, when the need arises, shall be there to fix it up for you, rather than most dealers who will look for other service outlets to service your machine. Basically, we are all under one roof. Showroom, Sales & Service Centre, & Sewing Machine & Spare Part Wholesalers.
Q :		Where are you located, and how long will it take to service a sewing machine?
A :		We are located in the heart of the city, in Petaling Jaya. Our address is Lot BG-02, P.J.Industrial Park, No 13, Jalan Kemajuan, 46200, Petaling Jaya. Our map is included in our contact us page, and should the need arise, don't hesitate to contact our friendly staff to direct your way to our Centre. It usually takes us 2 -3 working days to service & repair the most complicated of machines, depending on the problems faced.
Q :		Is there a guarantee & warranty for the products sold at the Centre?
A :		All products sold, have a guarantee & warranty, varying from either 6 months - 12 months. The warranty & guarantee is for all mechanical problems, excluding wear & tear, and a minimal fee for labor is usually charged.
